Lily Me Red, established in December 2011 by Shannon McPhee, embodies the spirit of entrepreneurial passion. With over 28 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, Shannon sought to create a space that fostered creative freedom and nurtured the talents of aspiring stylists.

Driven by this vision, Shannon identified a strategic opportunity in December 2011 – a salon for sale in West Ipswich. Recognising the potential, she embraced the chance to establish her own brand. The name itself reflects a personal touch – "Lily" after her eldest daughter's middle name and "Red," her childhood favourite colour.

Lily Me Red's doors officially opened on December 12th, 2011, showcasing a revitalised space designed to inspire creativity and deliver exceptional client experiences. Fast forward twelve years, and the success story continues. The West Ipswich salon thrives, and in June 2023, Shannon's vision expanded with the opening of a second location on the Gold Coast.

At the heart of Lily Me Red lies a deep commitment to education. Shannon's extensive industry knowledge fuels a culture of continuous learning and development for her team.
